Recipes are delicious

I’ve already made 5 recipes from the guide and they have all been delicious. I’m 37 weeks and planning to order the frozen mama meals as well but I love having a few already stocked in my freezer! My only complaint is that it doesn’t include the Shatavari Rice Pudding!

I’ve been loving the recipes in the Mama Meals Postpartum Recipe Guide. Have not been disappointed. My favorite so far has been the Primal Chili. I’m about to make another batch it was so tasty. Love the ingredient guide and knowledge it offers!

Great for 4th trimester prep!

Going through the recipes I am excited to get everything ready and frozen before baby arrives and set myself up for success postpartum since I don't have a village to help. I cook a lot and I don't think I will have any problems making the recipes. There were a few spots that didn't specify measurements (i.e. 1.5 milk-I assume this is 1.5 cups of milk?) but otherwise it is well organized.
I also like that most recipes are pretty family friendly so I won't be cooking separate meals for the rest of the family. Overall I would recommend the cookbook to anyone who wants to be prepared for 4th trimester!

Best purchase

Having these meals made those early post partum days so much easier. The meals were easy to reheat, filling and delicious. Each container was a full meal for my husband and I. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
