We are 100% gluten-free, mostly organic, and always non-GMO. Grains are soaked or sprouted using traditional methods to reduce phytic acid and increase digestibility.
We use meat and organs (which you won't taste) from well-treated animals because it's the highest source of bioavailable nutrients on the planet. The cows lived on pasture next to chickens who pecked at bugs. The cost is generally cost 3-5x factory-farmed meat and worth every penny.
The only dairy used is grass-fed butter or ghee and our sweetener of choice is coconut sugar.
