I am not a lentils girl so I wasn’t that excited about this one at first, but this ended up being one of my favorite dishes. It was almost like a minestrone version. Very delicious!

I’m not an avid lentil consumer but this stew was very tasty! So many different ingredients that are so nourishing post partum. I enjoyed this after a really long day and loved that it was so easy to heat up.
