Just like your great grandma used to make, our Traditional Lentil Stew is made with potatoes, sprouted green lentils for protein, carrots, onion, celery, and tomatoes, cooked low and slow in bone broth, and grass-fed beef tallow. The end result is a nutrient-dense, easy-to-digest, absolutely delicious meal that promotes healing and is sure to bring a smile to your face.

Not my absolute favorite (I don't like tomatoes -- I know, I'm weird), but we added some additional ground meat and broth and it was very nice overall.

A bit disappointed

I found this particular recipe to be a bit disappointing. The lentils had lots of grittiness as if they hadn’t been washed. The broth was quite thin—I was surprised to see it had bone broth in it as it really seemed a bit watered down. The flavor was subtle but very nice.

Good flavor!

This one was tasty! The broth didn’t need anything added. I like lentils okay so I only got 1 but I wish I would have gotten 2, this was my second favorite. I did add some precooked ground beef and it went super well together.

Great stew

Loved this lentil stew. I had it for two meals throughout the day when my husband was at work. It was very filling and beyond delicious. I love how great the ingredient's are for postpartum mamas.
