Defrost meals overnight in fridge on a plate to catch condensation.
Stir contents, as the freezing process can separate ingredients. Some items may look a little lackluster at this point. Don’t worry, they’ll come back to life!
Reheat in a saucepan LOW and SLOW until hot. Add water, bone broth or milk of choice as needed (depending on dish) to reach desired consistency.
