The flavor profile with the banana on this was amazing. I added extra warm butter and felt so nourished afterwards. Definitely was sad when the container was empty 🤣 the best part is the ease of this on busy mornings.

This is oatmeal congee made breakfasts a breeze as I was recovering from post partum complications. It gave me the energy I needed to heal and was easy for my partner to heat on the stove. 10/10 for flavor!
Everyone in our family loved this congee! It was definitely a favorite amongst the kids. We loved the flavor from the bananas and the chia wasn’t as noticeable as in a lot of other dishes. Highly recommend!
Postpartum is such a crazy time and the only thing you want after two hours of sleep is something warm, delicious and cozy and this was it. I loved adding some nut butter on top!
