Our Kitchari combines moong dal, basmati rice, cumin seeds, ginger, and turmeric with just the right amount of USA-sourced sea salt to create a deliciously nourishing porridge-like dish that leaves you feeling like a warm Indian Grandma hug.

You'll need: Grass-fed Ghee, organic sweet potatoes, organic carrots
Instructions: In a large pot warm ghee on med/low. Add seasonings and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add moong dal, rice, water and veggies. Bring to a boil and simmer for 35 minutes uncovered. Enjoy!
I love having this kit in the pantry! My husband and I think it’s so delicious & easy to make! We typically add ground beef once it’s complete. This kit gives us about 4 meals- we love the leftovers!
