These pancakes have just 3 main ingredients, are so easy, and are loved by the whole family. They freeze well and are great item to have stocked for busy mornings or days you just don't have the energy to cook.
Ingredients
4 bananas
4 pasture-raised eggs
2 cups sprouted oats
1-2 tbls ground flaxseed (optional)
1 tbls brewers yeast (optional)
Directions
Heat griddle or large frying pan with a little bit of butter or tallow to medium-high heat
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth
Pour ¼ cup of batter into pancakes and cook about 4-5 minutes until starting to bubble. Flip and cook about 1 more minute on the other side. Keep an eye on the heat and if it gets too hot, turn it down to your pancakes don’t burn.
Enjoy with grassfed butter, maple syrup, berries, or fresh raw whipped cream!
Recipe Note
Double the recipe and freeze extras for up to 3 months.
Flash freeze on a baking sheet and then stack into an airtight container or vacuum seal. Flash freezing first prevents from sticking so you can pull out 1-2 at a time if desired.
To reheat from frozen, pop into toaster oven for 1-2 cycles, or cut into bit pieces and saute in skillet.
